The dancing Saddam is a foot-high, battery-powered, chubby, gun-toting doll that wiggles its hips in rhythm to the silly tune, the Australian Broadcasting Corp. reported Thursday Advertisement The dancing Saddam also carries hand-grenades, daggers, a walkie-talkie, binoculars and an AK-47. "It's funny, isn't it?" asked a young father as prepared to buy one of the Saddams at a toy store in the wealthy Mansoor district. "Today is a good day to make fun of him -- we need to be able to smile after all the horrible things he's done to us."
