The collection of James J. Borg of Farmington, Conn., included video tapes of three bathrooms where women were photographed dressing, undressing, showering and brushing their teeth, police said. Advertisement The porno materials were found in a dumpster by a town employee of nearby Avon, the Hartford Courant reported Thursday. The employee then called police and handed over the material. Avon officers were certain the video was shot in Farmington and turned it over to Farmington police. A blue pickup truck that kept showing up in the videotape helped lead police to Borg, who was charged by Farmington police with 12 counts of voyeurism. He was later released on a $10,000 bond. Police said Borg didn't want to discuss the tapes at his home to keep the issue from his girlfriend. Police agreed and held the meeting at a restaurant.
