DARTMOOR, England, June 23 (UPI) -- An English moor rumored to be inhabited by pixies is for sale for $180,000.

The 125-acre Dartmoor plot includes prehistoric stone circles, a man-made stream built by Sir Francis Drake to supply water to Plymouth and an ancient tor, or rock pile, the Sun reported Wednesday.

Some also believe the moor is home to pixies, said auctioneer Mark Lewis of sales agents Symonds and Sampson.

"We have had everything from people who are interested in the stone circles for pagan things to people who want to buy it in memory of their late mother," he said.

Rocker Paul McCartney, who owns land on nearby Exmoor, is thought to have shown an interest in the moor.
