BETHLEHEM, Pa., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Controversy has flared at Lehigh University over a painting of U.S. President George Bush groping the breast of a scantily clad woman.

The spoof painting, which the artist says is "a symbol for what the administration seems to be doing ... groping for dominance," is hanging on a wall in the Bethlehem, Pa., school's political science department, Fox News reported Wednesday.

Some students claim the painting by Larry Fink violates the department's non-partisan policy, Fox said.

The objectors say the department ignored former President Bill Clinton's peccadillos during his eight years in office.

However, university curator Ricardo Viera told Fox he does not see a problem with the exhibit or its placement.
