To complete the act, Michael Herz, a baby-faced, pierced-lipped 18-year-old, and two of his friends later dumped the skeleton in a drainage ditch, The New York Post reports. Advertisement Herz now faces five years probation and a fine of $5,200 for cemetery desecration, body stealing and attempted grand larceny. He could have received up to 12 years in jail for the three felonies. "I would really just like to go back to school and put this all behind me," Herz said later. A second defendant Michael Sossi, 17, pleaded guilty earlier this year and received a $250 fine and three years' probation. The status of a third defendant was unclear.
