Nick Nolte arraignment postponed again

MALIBU, Calif., Dec. 5 (UPI) -- A judge in Malibu postponed arraignment for a second time Thursday for actor Nick Nolte, charged with driving under the influence and being under the influence of a controlled substance. The judge rescheduled Thursday's arraignment for Dec. 12 to give Nolte's lawyer time to reach a settlement with prosecutors.
