Opening statements in Winona Ryder trial

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Opening statements are set for Monday in Winona Ryder's shoplifting trial in Beverly Hills. The jury includes a movie executive who ran Sony Pictures Entertainment when Ryder made several movies for Sony -- including "The Age of Innocence" and "Little Women," both of which earned Oscar nominations for Ryder.
