'Six Feet Under' wins 23 Emmy noms

LOS ANGELES, July 18 (UPI) -- "Six Feet Under," the HBO series about a dysfunctional family running a funeral home, led the field with 23 nominations, including one for outstanding drama series, as the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced nominees Thursday for the 54th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. The Emmys will be handed out on Sept. 22 in Los Angeles.
