'Rings' wins cinematography Oscar

LOS ANGELES, March 24 (UPI) -- "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" won the Oscar Sunday for cinematography. It was the second Oscar of the night for producer-director Peter Jackson's adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's classic novel, following an earlier win for makeup.
