'Moulin Rouge' wins art direction Oscars

LOS ANGELES, March 24 (UPI) -- "Moulin Rouge" won the Oscar Sunday for art direction. It was the second Oscar of the night for producer-director Baz Luhrmann's musical about bohemian dance-hall Paris at the dawn of the 20th century, following an earlier win for costume design.
