Writers Guild wins Nickelodeon vote

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Writers for six Nickelodeon animated series have voted in favor of having the Writers Guild of America, west as their collective bargaining representative. In an election Wednesday, supervised by a member of the California Assembly, the writers voted 19 to 2 in favor of guild representation.
