Dedication of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Institute

Five hundred persons joined with the Kennedy family in Waltham, MA, on October 14, 1970 for the dedication of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Institute, a $2.6 million center for research and clinical evaluation of the mentally retarded.
