KKK "Adopt-A-Highway" sign vandalized

LOUIS, MISSOURI, USA: An Adopt-A-Highway sign, which says that the Ku Klux Klan plans to pick up trash along this stretch of Highway 55 in south St. Louis county, lies on the ground, December 1, less than one day after a court order saying the Missouri Department of Transportation could not exclude them from the program.
