NTSB investigators on the bridge of the cargo vessel Dali on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, which struck and collapsed the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, in the early hours of March 26, 2024. A portion of the collapsed bridge remains across the vessel's bow, and the vessel remains in the vicinity of the bridge pier. No pollution has been reported at this time.
