FORMER NYSE CEO RICHARD GRASSO LOSES COURT RULING ON SEVERANCE PAY
A State Supreme Court Justice ruled on October 19, 2006 that former New York Stock Exchange CEO Richard Grasso (left) must return part of 58 million dollars in deferred compensation in his 190 million dollar final pay package.The State Supreme Court ruled with N.Y. State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer (right) on the state's lawsuit challenging Grasso pay package.
