Ordination of Bishop

LOUIS, Dec 12 (UPI) -- Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of Milwaukee (L) helps Robert Hermann with his collar as the two walk to the Cathedral Basilica for Herman's Ordination as Bishop of St. Louis on Dec. 12, 2002.
