MICHIGIAN GOVERNOR MAKES GOOD ON WORLD SERIES WAGER

MICHIGIAN GOVERNOR MAKES GOOD ON WORLD SERIES WAGER

Michigian Gov. Jennifer Granholm has made good on the friendly World Series wager made with Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt, in Lansing, Michigan on November 10, 2006. Since the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Detroit Tigers in the 2006 World Series, Gov. Granholm was forced to wear an Albert Pujols jersey, enjoy a Missouri branded Angus steak and a bottle of Missouri wine while reading from Cards manager Tony LaRussa's book, "Three Nights in August." Granholm did all this while being interviewed on a St. Louis radio station. (UPI Photo/Handout)
