PAN99072302 - 23 JULY 1999 - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA: Billy Jack Grieves from the Oxford House reservation north of Winnipeg holds the Pan Am games torch as members of several Manitoba first nations peoples including Metis and Cree paddle the canoe from the Manitoba Legislature carrying the flame to the Onieda Cauldron at the Forks in Winnipeg, July 23.
