Virginia Officer Who Died Responding To Sniper Call Has Named Engraved Into National Memorial
WAP2003042508 - WASHINGTON, April 25 (UPI) -- Secretary of Virginia's Dept. of Public Safety, John Marshall and a member of the Virginia State Police share a moment during an engraving ceremony on April 25, 2003 at the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington for Virginia State Trooper Mark Cosslett.
