PRIME MINISTER PAUL MARTIN SPEAKS AT CHUCK CADMAN MEMORIAL

PRIME MINISTER PAUL MARTIN SPEAKS AT CHUCK CADMAN MEMORIAL
Canada's Prime Minister Paul Martin praises member of parliament Chuck Cadman who died of cancer last week, as a man of integrity, sincerety and quiet dignity, during a memorial service attended by several thousand people in Cadman's constituency of Surrey North, BC on July 16, 2005. Sitting as an independant and despite his illness Cadman travelled to Ottawa this May 2005 for a vote of non confidence where he sided with the liberals breaking a tie and saving Paul Martins government.
