Residents Begin Recovery After Flooding in Boulder, Colorado
A Union Pacific rail line lies closed after water eroded the rail bed during the aftermath of flooding following epic rainstorms in Boulder, Colorado on September 17, 2013. Two major rail lines have been closed to Amtrak and freight trains. The Colorado floods have claimed eight lives with flooding continuing in the NE part of the state. UPI/Gary C. Caskey
