St. Louis Rams announce move to Los Angeles

The Edward Jones Dome home of the St. Louis Rams in St. Louis for 20 years will now be empty one day after it was announced that the football team will relocate to Los Angeles on January 13, 2016. St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke announced the team will return to Los Angeles for the 2016 season during owners meetings, and will eventually play in a new stadium. The Rams arrived in St. Louis from Los Angeles in 1995, winning the Super Bowl in 2000, but in recent years have had the lowest attendance in the NFL. Photo by Bill Greenblatt/UPI
