CLE99082202 - 22 AUGUST 1999 - CLEVELAND, OHIO, USA: Members of the KKK give the white power salute during a Ku Klux Klan rally in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. About 20 KKK members turned out for the rally along with about 20 supporters . They spent about 40 minutes preaching hatred of blacks, jews and others. Approximately 300 anti Klan protestors also turned out to express their view of the Klan. Cleveland Police deployed 600 police and kept all parties behind dual barricades of chain link fence. jr/mw/Mike Williams UPI
