PAN99072303 - 23 JULY 1999 - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA: Billy Jack Grieves (C) from the Oxford House reservation north of Winnipeg is joined by the canoe paddlers, members of several Manitoba first nations peoples including Metis and Cree, to hold the Pan Am torch after they paddled a canoe with Grieves and the flame from the Manitoba Legislature to the Onieda Cauldron at the Forks in Winnipeg, July 23.
