CLE99082203 - 22 AUGUST 1999 - CLEVELAND, OHIO, USA: The Imperial Wizzard of the KKK preaches his message of hate during a Ku Klux Klan rally in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. About 20 KKK members turned out for the rally along with about 20 supporters. Approximately 300 anti-Klan protestors also turned out to express their view of the Klan. Cleveland Police deployed 600 police and kept all parties behind dual barricades of chain link fence. No confrontations occured as a result of the overwhelming police deployment and the small crowd turnout. jr/mw/Mike Williams UPI
