Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski speaks at the Freedom Challenge Awards Dinner

Former U.S. National Security Advisor Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski addresses the audience during the Freedom Challenge Dinner in Berlin on November 8, 2009.
