Mark Warner (D-VA), Chairman of the National Governors Association, spoke at a News Conference today at the National Press Club in Washington examining the lack of health care for children who have no insurance. The conference launched a Back to School campaign to provide adequate funding for underprivlidged families called Covering Kids and Families.
