LOUIS, MISSOURI, USA: The Missouri Department of Transportation has reinstalled the Adopt-A-Highway signs that were stolen two months ago along Highway 55 in south St. Louis county, February 10. The signs contain the name of the Ku Klux Klan, and that the group maintains that stretch of highway.
