Illinois Governor revisits Harrisburg devastated by 2012 tornado

Jaylynn Ferrell (22) a nurse at the Medical Center, was killed in her home as a result of the leap-year tornado. Quinn visited with victims and viewed first-hand the progress that has been made due in part to $8.8 million in state assistance following the disaster.
