Spokesperson Subodh Sangle one of two representatives of the Lunchbox Legends: The Dabbawalas of Mumbai who have travelled to Vancouver for the first time shares their story at the 2014 Indian Summer Festival at Simon Fraser University's Goldcorp Centre for the Performing Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia, June 10, 2014. Every day 5000 Dabbawalas (lunch couriers) travel by bicycle, train and foot to deliver 350,000 metal lunch boxes filled with their clients home cooked food to the family members office, still warm and in time for lunch with an operational error margin of one in six million. The 125 year old operation was acknowledged by Forbes Magazine in 2002 to have exceeded the criteria for Six Sigma certification which was followed by a Harvard Business Study and visits by Prince Charles and Sir Richard Branson.
