NYP2002120302 - NEW YORK, Dec. 3 (UPI) Actress Lauren Bacall, who performed in lyricist Adolph Green's musical "Applause," recalls their relationship at Green's memorial tribute held on Dec.3, 2002, at New York's Shubert theatre.
