JOSEPH SMITH CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF CARLIE BRUCIA

Joseph Smith, 37, has been charged with the murder of Carlie Brucia from Sarasota, Florida, police said February 6, 2004. The abduction was caught on camera and had caused a search for the girl for the past two days.
