President Ronald Reagan is seen here in his early days an actor alongside Pat O'Brien in this 1940 promotional still from "Knute Rokne, All American". The movie spawned the memorable quote, "win one for the Gipper", which would follow him through his days in the White House. Reagan, the 40th President of the United States of America, was instrumental in bringing about the collapse of communism and an end to the Cold War.
