Pan Am games Torch
PAN99072305 - 23 JULY 1999 - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA: Billy Jack Grieves from the Oxford House reservation north of Winnipeg is about to light the Pan Am Games Oneida cauldron with the games torch at the Forks in Winnipeg after transporting the flame by canoe from the Manitoba Legislature, July 23.
