Prince Andrew arrives to present The Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Awards at Government House in Victoria, British Columbia on May 18, 2013. Prince Andrew is on a mixed private and public four day working visit to Vancouver and Victoria ending May 19, 2013. While in Victoria he will be the guest of the Victoria Highland Games Association and will attend the 150th Victoria Highland Games and Celtic Festival over the weekend as "Chief of the Games".
