Groundbreaking for Improved Access to St. Louis Arch

As Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell and Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx listen in, U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill discusses the "Park over the Highway" project, the first component in the CityArchRiver 2015 plan to revitalize and improve access to the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, home of the Gateway Arch, in St. Louis on August 2, 2013.
