Nemo winter storm in New York City

A dog named Dexter runs through the open snow after winter storm Nemo dropped nearly one foot of snow in Manhattan on February 9, 2013 in New York City. The governors of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York all declared state of emergencies on Friday as snow dumped on the Northeast, and gusting winds swept through the region.
