In FBI released still photos from surveillance camera footage, Aaron Alexis, a U. S. Navy contractor, moves through the hallways of Building #197 carrying his Remington 870 shotgun at the Washington Navy Yard on September 16, 2013 in Washington, DC. Alexis shot and killed 12 people before he was shot dead by police. Photos release on September 25, 2013. UPI
