ISABEL HITS NORTH CAROLINA

WAX2003091801 - WASHINGTON, SPET. 18, 2003 (UPI) -- The eye of Hurricane Isabel was just off the coast of North Carolina at 7:53 AM EDT, on Sept. 18, 2003, with winds over 100 miles per hour and moving northwest.
