WAP2003021301 - WASHINGTON, DC, Feb. 13 (UPI) - U.S. soldiers man an 'Avenger' anti-aircraft missile system deployed in Washington D.C. on February 13, 2003. The nation remains at a code orange terror alert to domestic attacks following various intelligence reports.
