JER2003011902 -TEL AVIV, Israel, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Israeli police lead Palestinian Tanzim leader Marwan Barghouti into Tel Aviv District Court, January 19, where Barghouti is challenging Israel's authority to put him on trial.
