Ameneh Bahrami attends a meeting in Tehran,Iran on Aug 8,2011. Ameneh was blinded and disfigured by her suitor, who throws acid on to her face after she turned down his marriage proposal in 2004. After that she spent many years between Iran and Spain undergoing numerous operations to reconstruct her face and repair her sight. UPI/Maryam Rahmanian
