NOP2002011708 - PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, Jan. 17, 2002, -- Aboard the USCGC Harriet Lane -- (UPI) -- Ships from the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy keep a large presence at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay looking for any vessels they may contain terrorist threats.
