Israeli Settlement Construction In West Bank

An overview of a new section of housing in the Jewish settlement of Givat Ze'ev, West Bank, July 17, 2013. The Israeli Civil Administration is expect to approve 900 housing units in various West Bank settlements. The European Unit announced new guidelines for financial support to Israel. The new rules bars all cooperation with Israeli entities in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, which includes all funding, cooperation and granting of scholarships, research grants and prices. A clause in the EU directive also states that East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Golan Heights are not of the State of Israel. UPI/Debbie Hill
