Energy Companies Drill for Oil in the Niobrara Formation in Northeastern Colorado
A water storage area that includes three 1.5 million gallon tanks operates at the Niobrara oil shale formation in Weld County, North eastern Colorado on May 30, 2012. The flame is natural gas runoff after Noble Energy finished drilling on the site.
