WAX2003020127-KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla., Feb. 1 (UPI)--The Space Shuttle Columbia stood poised for a launch on Jan. 16, 2003, carrying a crew of seven, including Israel's first astronaut, Ilan Ramon.
