Supreme Court hear affirmative action case

WAP2003040101 - WASHINGTON, April 1 (UPI) -- Thousands of pro-affirmative action protestors line the side walk in front of the Supreme Court in Washington on April 1, 2003, as the Court heard arguments in Grutter v. Bollinger. The question is wether or not the University of Michigan and University of Michigan Law School may legally use racial preferences in student admissions.
