A nurse feeds Baby Noor after surgery February 24, 2006, at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. The surgery was needed to help correct an equinum contracture. The Iraqi infant was born with spina bifida. She came to Atlanta December 31, 2005, after U.S. soldiers discovered her near Bagdad and spearheaded the effort for life-saving surgery.
