Ten things more popular than Congress

A new Gallup poll has revealed Congress' approval rating has hit an all-time low of 10 percent, dropping from 13 percent in January. Here's a list of 10 things that amazingly, more Americans have approved of than the current Congress.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

A new CBS News Poll revealed that Congress' approval rating has hit an all-time low of 9 percent, the first time the rating has hit single digits since the polls' inception in 1977.
