Occupy Oakland protesters take down a link fence surrounding Frank H. Ogawa Plaza in Oakland, California on October 26, 2011. The city erected the fence to keep demonstrators from camping in the plaza after clearing out their encampment. Police moved in on the Occupy Oakland encampment overnight on Oct. 25, forcefully dispersing protesters with tear gas and allegedly, rubber bullets.
